
Care Center Info – Parked
- Please call ahead and inform us of any travel or exposure details.
- Please limit the number of people you bring to the office to the patient(s) and one caregiver.
- Please call when you arrive and wait in your car. We will call you when your room is ready.
- Please use the patient entrance for Well Visits ONLY if NO ONE in your group is ill.
- Please use the STAFF entrance for all there visits as instructed on arrival.
- While we will attempt to supply masks while we have, bring your own if available.
- We have separate hours as well as separate entrances for sick and well visits.
- We will not have evening hours until further notice. The doctors will be available by telemedicine.
If you are coming to the office for a sick visit and have traveled to an
affected area, please call the front desk when you arrive in the parking
lot so a staff member can meet you and promptly escort you to a room.

A staff member will escort you through the back door. If you have access, we ask that you and your child wear a mask. Please only have 1 adult accompany the patient to the visit. No Walk-In Hours.
When you call to schedule an appointment for your child let the receptionist know of:
- any foreign travel outside the US in the past month,
- any contact with anyone who traveled outside the US in the past month,
- any possible exposure to someone who tested positive for Coronavirus,
- any possible exposure to someone waiting for a Coronavirus test result in the US.
Please limit the number of people coming to the office to the patient and parent/guardian if possible.
