Krekamey Craig MD
President & CEO
Dr. Krekamey Craig received her B.A. from Brown University and her M.D. from Case Western Reserve University. She went on to do her residency training at NYU Medical Center. She is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Craig joined Denville Pediatrics in June 2003 and lives in Montclair, New Jersey with her husband and two children.
Perry Fishkind MD
Treasurer
Dr. Perry Fishkind received his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University in 1989 and his MD from the SUNY HealthScience Center at Syracuse in 1993. He did his residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. He is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Fishkind has been with Old Tappan Pediatrics since 2000. He lives in Westwood and has three boys.
Daniel Schwartz MD
Secretary & CTO
Dr. Daniel Schwartz received his B.A. from Brandeis University and M.D. from the New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry and remained at that institution for his pediatric residency. He is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Schwartz has been with Broadway Pediatrics since June 0f 1984. He and his wife live in Hillsdale, New Jersey and have three grown children.

Thomas Wysocki
COO
Tom joined BCD in 2017 to support BCD’s growth and improve efficiencies while helping BCD reach its goal of providing a community and culture for the independent pediatrician to thrive.
Prior to joining BCD, Tom started his professional career in finance with WS Griffith and Associates before making a move to the Pharmaceutical Industry in the Vaccine Division for Merck & Co. followed by the Public Health Division of Astra Zeneca.
Pamela DeNora
Director of Operations & HR
Pam joined BCD Health Partners in 2012. She has over 20 years experience in Human Resource Management and Healthcare Administration. She is also a member of SHRM, PPMA and AAP. Besides Human Resources, Pam is currently a major contributor with BCD’s mergers, HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
Pam was born and raised in New Jersey and currently lives in Roxbury, NJ. She is a proud parent of a daughter and 2 young men.
Stacey Bibi
CFO
Stacey received her B. A. from Tufts University and her M.B.A. from N.Y.U.’s Stern School of Business. Stacey’s career in finance spans over 20 years having worked previously at KPMG and Credit Suisse.
Stacey joined BCD Health Partners in early 2012 and has been an integral part of the company’s growth by managing the accounting and finance functions for BCD. She lives in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey with her husband and three children.

Michelle Mayer MD
Board Member
Dr. Michelle Mayer received her B.S. from Binghamton University and her M.D. from SUNY Downstate. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. She is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Mayer joined Chestnut Ridge Pediatrics in 2004 and lives in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey with her husband, son, and two daughters.
Jill Pedalino DO

Jill Garripoli Pedalino graduated from Bucknell University and received her D.O. from UMDNJ-School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her internship and residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. Dr. Pedalino is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Theresa Paladino DO
Board Member
Dr. Theresa Paladino graduated from Villanova University, and received her D.O. from the UMDNJ School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed an internship at UMDNJ Kennedy Health System, and residency at Cooper University Medical Center, Children’s Regional Hospital. Dr. Paladino is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Paladino returned to Monmouth County in July 2004 when she started with Monmouth Pediatric Group.
Mondana Yazdi MD
Board Member
Dr. Mondana Yazdi graduated from East Tennessee State University and received her MD from East Tennessee State College of Medicine. Dr. Yazdi did her residency at the University of Louisville Kosair Children’s Hospital. She is a Board Certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Working locally since 1997, she opened Wyckoff Pediatrics in 2004. Dr. Yazdi and her husband live in Franklin Lakes and have two grown children.
